The harvest, all made by hand, begins in the month of November.
The olives, which are cold pressed within 24 hours from being picked, produce our distinctive Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality.
With its intense aroma, low acidity, strong and balanced flavour, our olive oil is the ideal dressing for any dish.
Our oil has organic certification from “Suolo e Salute” and is available in our elegant 0,5L glass bottles or 3L and 5L cans.
