Located in the highest position of our resort, the villa “Il Cascinale” offers three independent apartments on two floors, elegantly furnished, respecting the local tradition. The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the pool and the pool house.

The first floor apartment consists of 120 sqm with three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace. Outside you find a traditional wood fired oven, which our guests can use to prepare pizza, bread and other recipe.

From this apartment you can enjoy a magnificent view over the near Chianciano Terme to Cortona and lake Trasimeno. “Il Cascinale” has a splendid garden with old oak trees, walnut trees, cypresses, lavender and rosemary bushes.
