Below our arrival and departure times:

 

• Check-in: from 16:30 to 20:30

• Check-in: from 20:30 to 24:00 (subject to availability, with an extra cost of € 50,00)

• Check-out: before 10:30

 

Please let us know in advance your arrival time. If you have special requirements we will do our best to satisfy you. The minimum age for check-in is 18.

 

The payment of the stay must be paid upon arrival and will not be refunded in case of early departure.

 

Every occupant’s identity document must be provided upon arrival. Failure to comply with this obligation is a criminal violation.

 

You will receive the keys to your apartment and a remote controller for the main gate of our property, you will be able to come and go as you please. We will ask a compensation of € 50,00 for lost keys and/or remote controller.

 

Reservation policy

A valid credit card is required for all reservations.

 

Cancellations policy

• “Non-refundable “reservation

Note that if canceled, modified, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

 

• “Standard” reservation, for January, February, March, April, November and December -excluding holidays-

You can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival

• “Standard” reservation, for May and October

You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival

 

• “Standard” reservation, for June and September

You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival

 

• “Standard” reservation, for July and August

You can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival

 

• “Standard” reservation, for the main holidays, like Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter

You can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You’ll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival

 

NB: the deposit of your reservation will be charged at the end of the free cancellation period as previously mentioned.

 

Breakfast

Continental breakfast costs € 18,00 per person, per night

 

The breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am in our breakfast room, a common area for our guests. In case you want to do it earlier or postpone it for special needs, please let us know in advance, as well as notify us any food intolerances or special diets.

 

Incidentals

Upon departure, you’ll be charged incidentals (ex. drinks, extra pool towels, extra beds, extra cleaning, etc.) or extra costs for any damage to your apartment.

Children and extra beds

​

All children are welcome!

Free stay. They can use cribs or extra beds free of charge, upon request

 

• Extra beds   

Extra beds are available upon request - € 25,00 per person, per night

The maximum number of extra beds and cribs allowed is dependent on the apartment you choose. Please contact us to check the maximum capacity of our apartments.

All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability. For any requests please contact us in advance.

 

Pets

​

Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra cost of € 50,00 per animal, per stay. Please keep your pets on a leash in the common areas and it’s forbidden let them in the swimming pool.

 

Smoking

​

All our apartments and common areas are non-smoking, please kindly use the specific outdoor areas. Do not throw the cigarette butts on the ground but use the provided ashtrays.

 

Parking

​

The car parking is free of charge and located near each apartment.

 

Cleaning and linen

​

All our apartments are provided with linen and towels. During your stay you can request the cleaning service with a cost of € 18,00, per hour. We also offer additional linen and towel changes upon request.

​

Prices:

• a towel set per person is € 8,00

• a single-bed linen is € 7,50

• a double-bed linen is € 9,50

• pool towel per person is € 3,00

 

For stays of one week or longer we offer a free change of towels and bed sheets.

 

Lost and found

​

It’s always best to avoid leaving any valuables in your apartment. We decline any responsibility for their accidental loss. We will ask to share the shipping costs for any lost items that we have to send you.

 

Consumption reduction, respect for the environment and separate garbage collection

​

The choice of staying at Borgo Poggio Bianco is also a way to be closer to nature. Help us to respect the environment by trying to limit consumptions. Please, leave your apartment neat and orderly before the check-out; provide for the separate disposal of the waste in the special bins located outside your apartment and not leave food in the refrigerator. If we find that the apartment has been left excessively dirty and your waste inside, you may be charged for additional cleaning fee of € 100,00.

 

Visiting friends and family

You can receive day visits from friends or family, but for security and privacy purposes, the visits must be communicated to us in advance and authorized. The visitors are required to provide us with an identity document.

 

Good to know

​

Please note that none of our apartments are equipped with air-conditioning. Borgo Poggio Bianco is located at 630 mt above sea level and temperatures are pleasant also during Summer evenings. Nevertheless, each apartment is equipped with some fans.

​

City tax: € 2,00 per person, per night (children up to 12 years are exempt).

 

Please note, some apartments are located on the 1st floor and are accessible only via stairs.

​

Please note, a common laundry room is also available at our accommodations, with washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board which you can use free of charge.

​

Each apartment has a fireplace, we provide wood on request with additional charges.

​

The pool is open from June until September. We provide 1 free pool towel per person, per stay.

​
